Remote Online Notary

Remote online notary (RON) is a type of notarization service that allows people to get their documents notarized remotely using online video meetings. One of the key advantages of RON is that it enables notarization for people located outside the state where the notary public is physically located. It doesn't matter where the signer is physically located, as long as they have access to the necessary technology.

Overall, RON represents an innovative solution that leverages technology to make notarization more accessible and efficient, providing a convenient alternative to traditional notarization services. With All Seattle Mobile Notary's remote online notary services, you can have peace of mind knowing that your documents are securely notarized, no matter your location.

*It is important to note that each state has different rules and regulations governing RON, and not all states allow for out-of-state signers. Some states may require the signer to be physically located within the state, while others may require additional steps for out-of-state signers. As of March 16, 2023, the following states do not allow RON: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Oregon, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, and South Carolina.
